  After a long three weeks of putting it off, and struggling with the instruction, I finally worked up the motivation to get it done. It was not easy at all, I really struggled with this one. Even though it was text, the layering, and masking was just kinda very difficult. After it was done I looked at the finished image, I did not like it at first because I felt like the font was to curvy, and it needed more volume and depth.

  Text effects are really fun to do, and they really do make the image or composition stand out more.I really did enjoy this homework assignment because, as the Goddess Persephone herself is the Queen of the underworld, the fire was a perfect fit. The oranges, reds, browns, yellows just contrasted throughout the entire effect and simply felt pleased after a few hours.
